May I suggest that until "doom day", people check here, too? Some of us may be still getting used tothe other site (me), not finding it as easy as some or haven't gotten the word that it's up or running. Worse than that, people who haven't been here in days, don't even know that we're packing up the moving truck.

After looking at some of the suggested boards we could move to, I did sign up this AM on ProBoard...qforumfriends

Was pretty easy for me to navigate and I saw many of the posters here already have set up an account there. 

I have the same name and was able to add my avatar.  

I also suggested a board for Sewing, Quilting and Crafting, which QVC would never add for us.

I don't believe I could add that myself.

I will go there daily to learn more of my way around.

I went to Proboards.com and I could not find where to create and account, only starting a forum.  How do we create an account only?  thanks

go to mellyg dot proboards dot com.  

In the upper right, there is a place to register.  Then you'll be able to log in to the new board.

You are giving people the wrong  information.  You're adding to what is already a stressful situation for people.  The board is not closing until Nov. 2nd.  That's more than enough time to have people migrate to the new board.  

A lot of people are uncomfortable with change.  They do not know how to register, sign in, and get started.  Sending them on a wild goose chase to a board that does not exist is very unfair.  

There is no need to lecture me on my attitude.  You shouldn't be so defensive to a legitimate criticism.
