I always laugh when the hosts and guests try to convince us that $50 is a bargain price for a t-shirt, and $90 is a sale price for jeans. This happens a lot with Kim Gravel and Susan Graver, and Denim & Co as well. I still watch some of the fashion shows, and always watch Denim & Co (love it that Jayne Brown is always with Gary on Sunday and Tuesday), but rarely make any purchases of their bargain priced items!!! LOL!!!

There is a post about this daily if not multiplied times a day. Prices have gone up everywhere on everything just about.

I'm wondering if at the Q it may have something to do with them offering XXXS through 5X at the same price. I know this isn't politically correct to mention, but the cost of making the larger sizes must be a bit more than the smaller sizes, yet they have to offer them at the same price. I don't shop at stores with a door much, if any, so I am not aware if this is the case there, as well. I hesitate to purchase any clothing item that's over $40, so I'm a regular at perusing "as is" to find them now.

I'm at the malls several times a month. I find the prices at Dillard's and Macy's better than QVC. 

I needed a top for a cocktail party, went to Dillard's on Wednesday and found one on sale for $26. I can't find bargains like that on QVC.

Yes, they do and I'm perfectly ok with that.  I'm in charge of my own money so I buy what I want and Idon't buy what I don't want. I'm not angry about that. In past years, I bought most of my clothes and accessories from QVC and HSN but those days are probably over.  I watch for ideas and style tips and then I shop online at other sites that I find more affordable.
