I hope your Wednesday is even better than yesterday. Trouble with swallowing is so frightening all by itself, then the congestion from a cold with cough makes it so much worse. I think you have about 20 more days until your endoscopy. I hope this cold clears up long before then.

Keep taking it easy, dear one ~ call your PCP if you think you need something for the symptoms, especially if you have trouble breathing or start wheezing. There's still a lot of bronchitis and pneumonia going around, as I recovered from recently. I'm okay now that the heavy pollens have cleared away here. Allergies lead to sinus and ear infections for me... then the immune system grows weak and I catch whatever other bugs I come into contact with.

I appreciate you, too, and continue to hold you close in my thoughts and prayers daily.

Sorry to leave this thread for a few days. I try not to post if I am not feeling myself. We have visiting specialists in the community where we reside. I had an appointment with the dermatologist two weeks ago and he is here every three weeks. I have had bothersome red spots on my back and he did a skin punch for a biopsy. He prescribed a topical cream and I had an allergic reaction to the lanolin. The dermatologist refused to prescribe another topical until the biopsy results were in. Time passes and I haven’t heard from the dermatologist and my skin is worse. Yesterday, I called and ask for the results and a prescription or advice to get me through until my appointment a week from Thursday. The biopsy came back as eczema.

Did you and your DS enjoy The Cheesecake Factory enough to revisit this restaurant?

I’m saddened you have a cold and sore throat. I hope the drainage isn’t compounding the issue you’re experiencing.

It is good to hear from you. I sorted through my clothes a while back, and got my things in the closets better organized. It is a big job, to be sure. I still have too many clothes.

I am very proud to have my Mom's hutch. This one is about 45 years old, and was originally in the home that my brother and I was raised in. I can agree that it would be difficult to find one in a store like it, and this one is in mint condition. It is really quite beautiful, and of course, dear to me. I have not decided yet what I will put on the glass shelves. Friday morning her glass display cabinet will be moved over here, and a beautiful wood desk that my Daddy made.

I do feel better today. Sore throat is much better.

My brother will be here a week from tomorrow, for a few days.

I am saddened that you are not well, and I hope you get relief soon. It seem to take too long to get any medical help these days. I will be praying for you.

Today and yesterday have been pretty good days for me. Tomorrow is going to be busy, if I feel okay. I have several places to go, and we are planning to eat out. Friday evening may be stormy here, so I don't want to be out.

I would eat at Cheesecake Factory again. It was very enjoyable, or maybe just seemed more so, because I have not been going out for a while.
