Add my prayers for all of you, especially your Grandmother.  I pray for you for the peace that passes all understanding, and comfort with her passing.

I was a in home hospice caregiver, and I will share this.

Many times in death anticipation, the patient is holding on.

Seldom do we understand but often enough they were waiting. Someone or something.

We would encourage family each to whisper in her ear that it was ok to let go

Favorite soft music often helps also.

Believe it or not, as the body is slowly shutting down, the hearing is the last to go.

So tell Grandma, snuggle to her ear, that you love her, and she can go home.

My experience in many situations, the patient passed soon after.

Yes, prayer for her and you-

God Bless.

Prayers that your grandmother is released from earth with speed and peace. And prayers for her family to receive the strength to let her go with good memories of all the time you spent together.
