Re: Positive feedback on E-Bay

Sorry if I sound cryptic. I get a lot of feedback from sellers to change my feedback to a more positive feedback. They are soooooo insistent that I think it must be worth a bunch o'money.

@Group 5 minus 1  Yes. If you are serious about selling on ebay, you should do all you can to garner positive feedback. Buyers really pay attention to it. Also remember to try to give quick, accurate and, if possible, positive feedback when you make a purchase. Some feedback point are: accurate description of item; packaging; quick response and shipping; swift resolution of problems; answering questions.

@Group 5 minus 1    Positive reviews encourages business.  I constantly get requests to submit positive reviews....my dentist and recently I had professional carpet cleaners come to the house.  I got text messages from both to post reviews.

as a seller and I don't sell on eBay, sometimes the buyers are not sure what they are rating

the product

the service

the shipping, you can sell a wonderful product but with the slow shipping a buyer could rate u low for waiting too long

Re: Positive feedback on E-Bay

Oh and Jack: The seller sent me the WRONG product and wanted me to change the feedback. I pay for something I expect to get what I request.
