Hi Everyone!

I've been painting our security door, ugh...  My hand is swollen like a catcher's mitt and I'm only half done.  Tomorrow I will finish and do a real "happy dance!"  We had a painter a few months ago that was supposed to take 3 days to paint the outside of our little house.  He also begged for his entire pay which we gave him.....  13 days later he still wasn't done so we told him to quit and I've been finnishing what he left.  He is the only contractor we have never tipped.

Anyway, the reason I started this today is that we are flirting with the idea of selling.  This is our 2nd over 55 community and it is not a fit for us after 3 + years.  We miss Sierra Vista and will probably move back there in one of the over 55 neighborhoods again.

@PuddlesHi Pal!!!  It's good to see you!!!  Thank you for the great advice but I did finish that door.  The paint started to get thick and some of the little holes in the screen part got plugged up.  Now Dennis is punching them out with a tooth pick.  I'm popular 

I always look for you and am glad you will be joining your friends "full speed" again soon!!!
