The quote by Maya Angelou is one of my favorites.  Something to live by and remember each day.  Hope you are all doing well and beginning a nice weekend.  Christmas season is in full swing. I am not quite in the spirit and hope to get there soon. I am working at the museum today and we begin our holiday programs and it is always so lovely and a special time.  Guess it is the way I kick off my Christmas season so will be more in the spirit of it all today.  

I hope you all have  a blessed day filled with much joy and peace. Embrace the ordinary miracles that come our way.

Thanks to all for such beautiful messages.  Yes, when we think of all the people we have known well, or even briefly encountered, just how many of those people have made such a positive impact on our lives.  Blessings on earth.  I often remember those now in heaven and miss them ever so much.  It makes me want to be a better person, always a "work in progress."  Good to start each day in the silence, waiting for God to talk to me.
