@butterfly123  Thank you so much!  We have been packing (more) washing windows entertaining showings.....  I baked a ham and made potato salad and reflected on the holiday.  Dennis's sis lost her dog and she is broken hearted, it all started with a cough.

Placed an ad to sell some furniture as we had a little too much in here and now it's in the garage and doesn't loook good.

We do use the FP sometimes in the morning or cool evenings.  How are you B123?  I haven't been here and miss you all!!!  I must read my notifications but checked here first.

@Hooty  Thanks for the compliments!  Glad some of my friends took a look.  The grass that is in AZ is watered to death but there is some.  We have trees but not the kind I grew up with in MI.  The roadrunners & lizards & coyotes entertain us out here and the sky & sunsets are like no others.  This is our favorite place on earth.  I'll tell you all why we are selling another time.  Sierra Vista is a much better fit for us.

Thank you for the "positive" thoughts for our sale!  If I am absent it's because we're bombarded with showings.
