Paula Deen said WHAT???????

I dvr'd her clothing shows on evine, and was watching them today.

Paula commented that one of her tops looked especially great on an African American model: "... with her milk chocolate skin and black hair."

Paula had been commenting on other models' hair color and fair skin etc, but to me, this comment crosses the fashion commentary line! And with accustions of racism in Paula's past history, probably not something to be said, ever!

What do "y'all" think?

I think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. Why would an African American take offense at such a comment? Milk chocolate is a beautiful shade of brown.

I do not think that there's anything racist or inappropriate in her words.

you are being just too sensitive after Paula's past remarks.

I think she has learnt her lesson. Too much PC these days....

She is describing someone's skin and hair colors. I see nothing wrong with it, and I hope most others don't.
