I guess you got a big dose of rain in the last 14 hours.

Where I live, all of the yards are covered with a few grass tips, broken tree limbs were cut off of neighborhood streets which closed streets and late afternoon found us at 35 degrees with a harsh wind of 19 degrees.

Where I work, 17 minutes away-- nothing!

@ECBG   We had a bit of snow, but didn't stick except on the car (not more than 1/8"). Quite disappointing. Schools in my area were closed. Some county schools were canceled last night. 

It's odd which areas had snow/rain/ice.

It's absolutely bitter here, and I HAD to stop for gas!

If you don't have one of those cone shaped ice/snow scrapers that protect your hands get one!

@ECBG  It was really cold, but no ice on windshields, etc. It's so rare we get any accumulation, I don't own a scraper. If the roads are that bad, I just stay home. We don't have a giant team of salting trucks.

I'm off for the next 2 days, hopefully this system will blow off.  I took off for my 70th! birthday.

The jacket and a few things from Dillards, my fav.  I hate I can't work there, because they never did any couponing and their credit cerd reward is almost a whopping 10! (gasp)% I was bored to death and hurt my sciatic nerve, left thigh.
