@GingerHead Hi! I've tried 3 mg. of melatonin, and it was too much. I had strange dreams.....it felt weird. That dose for me was too high. I like your idea of splitting the pill and taking 1.25 of melatonin. That might work for me. It is hard finding a low dose of melatonin. Good suggestion. I do like Ashwagandha. I took it previously for high cortisol levels and stress. It's subtle, and it works. I've made naturopathic medicine my go-to for the most part. For me it works. I like the weighted blanket....not too heavy, and it adds comfort (to help falling asleep). 💤❤️

@GingerHead Yes, I did receive it. I like it a lot. It feels like a good weight, but not heavy. Living in New England, we use blankets 8 months out of the year. I think this one is pretty nice because it won't be terribly warm when the weather turns warmer here.

@GingerHead, I finally hit the right number. Tried a five and seven. Not enough. Like the three bears...I tried too heavy and too light. And I gave it one more time with a 12. And it was just right! I like it. Hope it is not too hot in the Summer. So new blankey and white noise machine, I am sleeping better. I remember you ordered one and I never saw if you found one you like?
