SO THANKFUL THAT YOU ARE SAFE.  Fire is terrifying.  Whether having to evacuate, or standing, and watching your home burn.  It's a feeling that seems impossible to try and explain...

Thank You for letting all know you are OK.  Woke up this am thinking about you....  MisticHeart

So glad you and your family are safe.  A true answer to prayer, indeed.

The pictures show you live in a beautiful area.

@fourpaws56, I'm just seeing this thread, and thanking God that you're okay and returned to find your property unscathed.

I'm praying for the continued safety for all in your area and for swift containment of the wildfire. I understand the fear firsthand, after facing the same threat here in MT last year. Yes, the dogs (and other animals) sense it even more keenly than we do, with their heightened sense of smell and natural survival instincts.

God protect the dedicated fire fighters and bless their lost crewman in peace eternally.

I posted earlier this morning....just got

back home and wanted to check on you.

So happy that your house wasn't destroyed.

Praying that it,as well as your entire

nighborhood,remains unscathed.

God Bless every single one of those brave

firemen and please keep them safe from harm.

My heart goes out to your neighbor's

dog and to all of the other precious animals

be they pets or wildlife...who are also

being affected by these horrible fires.

Sending more protective prayers to

you,your family and your furbabies.

Please continue to post updates when you can.
