Hello friends, 

I have a MRI in the morning and hopefully we can start an action plan after the radiologist reads the scan. 

I have missed you!  I am returning as time permits this week. 

I viewed the notifications count and well, that will take some time to catch up on. 

Thank you my beloved friend @Puddles  for starting the Positive Thoughts thread and thank you to everyone for posting your beautiful messages that I have yet to read. I know the messages are beautiful, thoughtful and lovely because all of you are.
