From what I’ve seen in the last 9 years since my husbands diagnosis, just because the condition has been named and documented, doesn’t mean your narrowed blood vessels have reached a level where your feet and legs are compromised, and treatment is necessary.
The medication (Cilostizol) my husband takes daily is a vasodilator and while it won’t fix his condition, may slow down the narrowing of his blood vessels.

I,m confused because I do everything right, go figure. Dr. Doing nothing.
How are you being treated, so I can suggest to my Dr. He tested circulation in my leg and said it was good. I have tried statins and they don,t agree with my system..
It was discovered through lifeline Screening test. I brought it to my Dr. He tested my circulation in my foot of the leg and said it was good. He said if he sent me to a Cardiologist I would be told to take a statin.
It worries me, but I feel fine and am able to move around quickly with no problems. My BP is 110/70. Last time 102/70.
I’d go see the cardiologist. It wouldn’t hurt to get another opinion, especially from a specialist.

I had the test on Friday and it was the one with the blood pressure cuff‘s on my legs feet and toes even. I was hoping to have found out by now. The technician said the test would be turned over to a vascular doctor on Friday, which would in turn give information to my doctor. I have a website that whenever a test is done and read, it pops up and I can go and read results but nothing yet. Probably tomorrow.

Prayers for all....
Hoping for good outcomes for everyone who suffers with PAD, and thanks for posting this information.

Have you been informed of the results of your testing yet? Wondering how this turned out for you, and I am sure others that responded to your original post are also.
