Yes that is true DRYTHE except that I NEVER have slept while on the job, or representing my profession, or representing my organization, or while attending social events...and never in the middle of the day or evening, and especially not when I am in front of international TV cameras.

My mother died of cancer in June. Criticizing her for falling asleep in a thread about her having cancer, seriously?

I respectively disagree with you. The majority of the posts praise her for being 85 and doing her job. RBG has been photographed at work falling asleep during cases.

I agree there is a time to step down and hers is it. She has served her country, peformed her duties. Its now time to say goodbye.

Clearly when you have a high profile job and are falling asleep it is time to retire. She has performed admirably for decades, but there just comes a time when one needs to step down. She is replaceable afterall.
