Nothing much to say yet but am sure I will find something.
Church was great and as usual Pastor Don was terrific - he is a master at sermons and any story telling.
Have pork steaks, sweet onion and bell peppers cut up in the slow cooker - not sure yet what the go with will be.
Tad cooler but still a tad too warm out there.\
Hope one and all had a great day so far and your evening will be even better.
If you see another October back fence that says nothing, that is just me and my feeble mind. ignore it.

thanks Winifred for the new thread,or for both of you starts. That's o.k.,we all have the occasional senior moments.or at least I do.
last night was chilly and today was about as perfect as it could be weather wise.we stayed in tho and im tired.painters coming in the morning to do our master bedroom and bathroom. So,we spent the day stripping as much as we could out of the room and dragging most stuff to the guest bedroom where we will be climbing over it all because we have to sleep In there. But it will be nice to get it done as I have never been happy with the color.
Hope everyone checks in soon.

@Winifred Thanks for starting the thread for the month. I've brought some cornstalks, small hay bales, pumpkins and gourds (did I spell the right?) to decorate a little bit.
Bella's party yesterday was nice. I couldn't play hard in the bounce house rental - this bruised boob is really getting on my nerves, ha ha ha.

Hey girls, you know I believe in the power of a single prayer. In case you didn't know, I believe that multiple prayers for the same intention carry an even greater power.
I am asking, on behalf of Epi, for prayers. Aside from being out of her mind with worry over some relatives in Puerto Rico that have not been heard from, she received catastrophic news today from one of her nieces in Florida. The news was the another beloved niece, just shy of 62 who lives in PA was found deceased at the bottom of the staircase leading to her apartment. This nearly 62 year old niece has a critically ill 3 year old granddaughter in a children's hospital in PA.
This family has got it going on from all ends and needs prayers for strength and healing (for the baby). Please include them in your prayers.

@Winifred @Bird mama Thought I'd stop by here to say hello to everyone at the Back Fence on this Tuesday.

Sorry I'm late getting here tonight. Had to stop at the funeral home on the way home from work today to pay respects to a male co-worker. He and I used to work more closely together (we collaborated - 2 different depts) 15-20 years ago. Nicest man - only 58.
