@newname0   What a wonderful thought--interesting Irish saying I've never encountered before.  Sort of comforting when experiencing a sleepless night (which fortunately for me) is exceedingly rare.

Someone out there is dreaming of me every single night! LOL

Seriously, 2 of my meds have insomnia as side effects!  Up until 3 a.m. some nights.

Unfortunately, that's little consolation when you're twisting and turning at 3 am.

When that happens to me I get up and drink some milk.  It takes about 20 minutes to work but I do fall asleep again.  Calcium is Nature's sleeping pill.

 

Also when my husband was anxious a doctor told him to take Melatonin.  This helps.

 

So sorry to hear of your condition.  Hope it improves.
