Publix Bakery Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are so good you will be running back and forth to the store to go get more. Once you try them, you’re done for. I’ve had oatmeal cookies before but none like these. There’s an underlying hint of real butter that makes them mouth watering.

I don't snack, so I guess I shouldn't comment. If I get hungry between meals, I'll eat a piece of chicken, vegies, grapes, or a banana.
I do eat goodies, though, sometimes after meals as a dessert. Plain pound cake is my favorite.

@Sheila P-Burg Not good for everyone...just one grape would send DH and my blood sugar spiking to high heaven. Bananas and mangos are also very high carb/sugar fruits.
We can't eat most fruits...fruit juices are out. On rare occasions DH & I will split an apple or share a mandarin orange serving (2 are 1 serving) with a sandwich for lunch once in awhile...or a handful of strawberries or blackberries, but that's it.
We have also learned we had to cut out snacking too and only eat 2 meals a day. We will have a dessert with dinner 2-3 days a week, but they are low carb/keto options ![]()

I love caramel cashew trail mix. It has peanuts, cashews, m&m's, and chocolate coated caramel balls. You get salty and sweet. Win-win.

I eat what I want snack wise, but try to stick to stuff like popcorn, air popped with a little olive oil, garlic powder and sea salt. Maybe, sweet potato chips or a square of dark chocolate. I only eat a small portion so I don't worry about it. As far as dessert, I don't pass up cheese cake or lemon lush.

We might both have something sweet occasionally, or some popcorn rarely, but we don't snack while reading or watching tv. It's just something we never got into.
And we don't keep snacks in the house either. We keep a few bags of baked small bag chips that we occasionally eat but only with a sandwich at a meal.

My guilty pleasure is caramel corn.
I rarely want a "whole" anything - candy bar, cake, pie
A handful of caramel corn satisfies me.

Pretzel snaps with hummus or peanut butter, cheesesticks, a nut mix, yogurt, popcorn. Sometimes during the holidays you can find seasonal flavored yogurts that are really good.
