I have a "sweet tooth" that I enjoy satisfying. I also enjoy snacking while reading, watching TV, etc. Always seem to only snack on popcorn or potato chips.

Can you tell me your favorite sweet whether candy bar, cake, pie etc.

Also, can you tell me what you snack on?

Lately I have been testing pumpkin pies out for flavor and tomorrow I am moving on to cranberry muffins.

I have a galloping sweet tooth and could sit and snack on candy all day.  I won't allow myself to do so, however.  Not only is it detrimental nutritionally, but its also murder on your teeth to constantly bathe them in sugar.  Constant snacking is a habit you can break.  You know what snacks are healthy and what you should be eating.  Make a list and go shopping.

@dex  .... I forgot about them. I haven't had a biscotti since I left Pittsburgh. Not a common thing here where I am now. Now I am craving a good biscotti and a Pittsburgh salad (lettuce, meat and French fries).

Not much into sweets, but salt, chips, etc.  that’s my Achilles heel.

Sure I know what is"good for me". If I only indulged in what was "good for me" I would not only have to give up my sweets and snacking but my coffee and diet coke. It is the holiday season ...... I don't want to munch on carrot sticks, celery, apples, etc  I can start that regime in January. I want to splurge like a kid!
