I've actually found that the South Carolina possum has more flavor and is even a bit more tender too. But that's just me. LOL!!!

It's funny, I was just talking to my friend in NC. this afternoon, and she was wondering what to fix if they got a big storm. If I had known I could have suggested this local delicacy. LOL
