For me and my personal style ...

(I have a print vest in a similar color and this is how I wore it a few days ago.)

Black turtleneck and pants, and I have a scaf with an abstract floral print in turq, black, white and a golden yellow.

ETA   Actually - almost everything I wear starts with a black turtleneck and pants.

If you wear white, i would pair with white denim jeans and a white t shirt or blouse. It also looks good the way it is styled. Being only 5'3 i tend to like my clothes all in the same tones,  column dressing.

For the pants, I would chose your favorite neutral and match the color of the shoes for height.

Next comes accessories.  Are you more necklaces or scarves?  Do you need to watch videos on scarf tying?

Add bracelets and a watch if you wear those.  Even one bracelet is interesting.

Pick an earring in your chosen metal for unity.

I would wear it with pale yellow pants or even a pale melon.  White is too predictable.  Turquoise is a neutral that goes with many things.  In winter I like it with tans and browns.  

After I dress it in yellow, I'd pile on my turquoise, coral or citrine jewelry with silver.

Do not try to match shades of turquoise.  It just doesn't work.

Thanks to all of you for your great suggestions! I know that turq is too hard to match,  and I couldn't find the tank in the photo. I never thought about yellow pants. I do wear yellow if it's the bright kind. White jeans and tees are in my wardrobe so I can do that.

I just love the colors and style of this sweater and want to get my use of it, so thank you, all!
