@Mz iMac and Others for Help

I saw how you demonstrated the pull down menu where we can select a poster for replying. I haven't been able to do that since this place went crazy 🤣 Or maybe it's me.šŸ¤”

Also if I select Reply to reply to a particular post the post will not fill in my area to respond. I see it below but it never quotes.

Just wondering why some have no problems or can suggest solution.

Re: @Mz iMac and Others for Help

Are you using a phone?

I have not experienced those problems, but I have read that others that use their phones to access these forums are having numerous similar problems.

@geezerette

Yes I am using a phone. I pretty much use it for everything and didn't have a problem before.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I even had problems with hearts in Community Chat but not on other site.

@Cakers3  Before when?

Sorry, I cannot help as I use a computer-OS system & do not have problems w/this site so I keep my cyber mouth shut.

I have always suspected issues occurring on this site involve iOS devices......not updating them, using an outdated/non supported browser, corrupted app, corrupted browser.

Neither did anyone else using their phones.  It's not your phone, it's the forum site.

It's another glitch that apparently can't or won't be fixed.  Sorry.

Some problems are not necessarily the fault of outdated systems, etc.  Things just don't always work the same for mobile devices (phones and tablets) as they do for computer systems.  It's just the mobile operating systems vs. a computer operating system.

Re: @Mz iMac and Others for Help

@Cakers3,  if you are using an app to access the forums try using your phone's browser instead. It will likely default to mobile mode.

If that does not solve the problem check to see if your browser has an option for desktop mode and change to that.

I post using an android phone and I have the same problems for at least a few months. It's a QVC technical issue, not the fault of the individual or their device.

Re: @Mz iMac and Others for Help

@Cakers3.  I had the same problem with my Samsung tablet, and no top bar so I couldn't adjust fonts, post pictures etc.  Had to type in poster's name for notifications and no quote function.

I solved it by hauling out my old Sansung tablet and setting it up like new.   It's slow but works fine now.

Not practical for most people.

I'm glad you switched @Kachina624 .  No more extra small fonts.
