@viva923 :  Thanks for the suggestion but he was a Federal employee, not military. I used to be director of Fleet and Family Services so I can appreciate your work.

People should always take out mortgage insurance, my cousin died at 45 unexpectedly, no mortgage insurance and if it were not for his rich Mother, his wife and children would have been out on the street.
