I can't imagine your pain at losing a partner you have spent almost 50 years with. You have my heartfelt condolences and sympathy.

 

I admire that you both were in a good place as you were making holiday plans together,  still friends.

 

May your family and friends guide you throuigh this difficult time. It is always terrible to endure such a loss, but particularly so at the holidays.

 

I pray you find peace. God bles.
