I always make my own and still do, but last year I bought a box from Costco. One of the flavors was salted caramel and chocolate.  There were large pieces of decorative salt heavily  sprinkled over the chocolate.  They looked really pretty, but no one wanted to eat them.

I ended up throwing away 1/3 of the box.  I hope this year assortment does not include that flavor.

Nice presentation..but I have always found this brand to be prettier than it tastes. True for many food gifts that come out this time of year. The price is great though if you need a few pieces to add to a gift basket, etc.

@Carmie

@shortbreadlover

What kind of chocolate do you use for coating the pretzels?

I was thinking I might make some for a small gift for a few sweet-loving friends.

Thanks!

I don't think I could make them for $12.99 after buying all the sprinkles and other decorations for the,....great buy.

Can we make our own?

Maybe dip packaged pretzels into dark chocolate syrup or something similar, maybe melted dark chocolate chips?  Let dry and store in a container?

If anyone here has the directions/recipe, please let me (us) know.

Thank you.  Heart

Re: Mrs prindables choc covered pretzel sticks

Late last evening, I web searched 'easy chocolate covered pretzels recipes'.'

There were several sites.

In summary, more or less, most of them suggested melting chocolate chips or dark chocolate in a double boiler; dip the chips and lay on wax paper or parchment.  Let cool and refrigerate for a few minutes; store in a cool place with wax paper in between.

In case I missed something, please go to those sites, 'just to make sure'.

I believe you can sprinkle the sprinkles while the chocolate on the pretzels is drying.  Again, check for yourself.

Several sites to check out.
