@peggyhbsl Hope your day is as special as you are!  This morning I woke up and prayed, Dear LORD< give my momma a kiss on the cheek and tell her it is from me and that I love her and still miss her terribly!

Not the  best M's Day I've ever had. DH took all my cash and didn't tell me so he could do some grocery shopping. It;s the not telling me part that bothers me--and with the grocery money gave me something I didn't want.

When we first lived in this house --30+/- -- years ago, we had beautiful lush lilacs and he'd cut be a big fragrant armful at Mother's Day and the aroma was just heavenly.Guess what? He forgot  I guess to ask him where the money was. He hangs his heard as though he were a naughty dog  and says He'll try to make it up to me,  But he can't.  

(I'" sorry, I didn't mean to" he whines and that's supposed to make me feel better. It didn't.) 

Next year I think he's going to get a surprise too.

and sometime I'll tell you about my son and his wife who I think were raisednby monkeys.
