Watched her live presentation with Rick co Hosting . No product reps .I see she is new and understand why she acted a bit nervous . She was having some difficulty in explaining items . She needs to quit flicking her hair . Rick was his usual self in how he presented items. Rosina 's presentation style mimics Ric's style.. Maybe he trained her.

Of course, I just went on line and turned off the TV

@skatting44 .... shame on you! ... give the girl a chance !!!! .... she is new & needs some time to develop in front of the camera..... I on the other hand found her to be warm & professional with a happy personality & think she is doing a GREAT job ... it is not easy getting in front of the camera & putting the words into place to describe a product ..... it takes time to develop that skill .... she is doing a GREAT job!!!!

She was not very proficient. Some have an aptitude to be a host and catch on quickly...others don't.

I've never bought the "give them time" argument about any new host. Allegedly there is a lengthy, intensive training period.

New host hires get training for sure, but there's nothing like real life experience. Human nature of knowing you are actually live on air is quite a challenge for anyone, even those with previous on air experience.

Of the three new hosts -- Monifa, Vanessa, and Rosina (in the order they began their live hosting) -- I think Vanessa is truly showing wonderful progress and great hosting abilities.

All very different personalities. Only time will tell if they'll make it as a host.

I think Vanessa is the most host-ready, and polished, without seemingly molded by anyone. Monifa is low key and sweet. Rosina is a bit loud, and very charming.

I wish them all well. They are all very nice host additions in their own way. No way in knowing for a while yet if they'll improve to the point of being solid hosts that generate the sales they need to succeed.

I did not say she needs to quit. I was talking abt her grabbing her loose long hair and flicking it around. Where I grew up , people who flicked their hair at you was comparable to someone flicking you the middle finger .

Flicking channels today I saw the rerun w/them on Q2.

I don't know but even Rick seemed "off". Maybe because he was trying to be a good mentor but he was IMO having trouble concentrating on the pillow protector he was selling🤔

She wasn't any better kept flicking her hair which I think was because she was "nervous" -- the candle presentation was shaky at best.

Im sure as she gets more confident she'll do fine, if not, her Q time will be short lived😉😉
