@mousiegirl

The days of doctors actually diagnosing someone are long gone, lol.  They rule out, refer to specialists and hand out pharmaceutical samples and say, take this and let me know if it works for you.

I have been told that pancreatic pain is just horrible. I always feel so bad when I hear someone is suffering from it - just keep saying those prayers as they do work!!

Hey, I did make the feathered ones happy again - all except the Hummers that is. Filled ALL the feeders - tomorrow will brew up some Hummer food. Sun is gone, it is dark and boom - colder than you know what.

Hope all had a great day.

@Bird mama  This is why I always research online so I have an idea of what is going on, and I have diagnosed myself several times and told the Doctors what I thought what was going on, and the tests proved me right.

Meuw posted this update in the February Bird's Nest thread, so I thought I would copy it here so no one misses it:

My does time fly! It seems like just yesterday that I waas just here.  Possumink I love the picture of the lily of the valley.  I have those and have tried to rid one area of them but they are persistant. I gave so many plants away and still more keep coming up.

I did get a pair of zebra finches and am enjoying them.  They are two males and they are great singers. They are so cute preening each other and snuggling next to each other. When they are ready to go to bed they settle down in their nest side by side.

Next week I am having they cyst removed from my wrist.  Dr. said I would be in a splint for three weeks. Yuck. I will be able to move my fingers but will be limited as to what I can do so I may have to be off my computer for a few days.

@Bird mama  One just has to keep hydrated, but this Mayo article states a lot of info as to when, in relation to the heart, etc., etc.  I found it really interesting. Smiley Happy

I read it and thought, wow, they are making drinking water harder than it needs to be.  I am so scheduled from a dietary supplement perspective (when I take my cholest off, when I take my caltrate), I really don't have it in me to schedule my water intake, lol.
