@Imaoldhippie : So sorry that you are dealing with so much. You are truly blessed to have a wonderful DH taking care of you.

With our increasing health issues we finally installed a toilet base riser and a bidet toilet seat.Both can be purchased on Amazon and really makes a difference with body problems and potty time. Praying for your speedy recovery and healing.

@Imaoldhippie I am sorry you had to endure the surgery but glad it is over and that you are on the road to recovery. What a blessing you are not experiencing pain at the moment.

After a very bad accident years ago, I was nonweight bearing for over 3 months. It was difficult and oh, I feel your pain about the sponge baths!

I am a fan of Scrubzz too, I started using them when my shoulder was broken and use them often. We keep them in the motorhome for quick baths substitutes on the road. Great to have on hand.

@Imaoldhippie I hope you are mending quickly and feeling well, being incapacitated is so difficult both mentally and physically.
