DH is in a business dinner meeting and no leftovers. I honestly checked. It's pizza dinner for Shanus!!! I like mine with thick crust and extra cheese, mushrooms, black olives, spinach, red peppers, onions (gotta have veggies), pepperoni, sliced meatballs, anchovies (known in my family as "swimmers"), sausage and when it gets here, I sprinkle on fresh parmesean cheese.

Margherita pizza --

We are minimlists. We love Margherita pizza -- tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and extra-virgin olive oil.

If not an option, we go with onions, mushroom, and olives.

I ❤️❤️❤️ 🍕🍕🍕! My favorite crust is on the thinner side (not ultra thin).  My favorite toppings are pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeños.  Always topped with fresh Parmesan cheese.

I love margarita pizza with roasted eggplant. It's to die for!!

We have a bread machine so we always make pizza.  

We both like not much sauce and not gobs of cheese.

We use Rao's pizza sauce or simple tomato sauce drained of a lot of water in a coffee filter.  Real Parm cheese we grate, olive oil and good Mozz cheese we grate.  Pecorino Romana Cheese is also added often.

Favorite combos are:

Ham or canadian bacon and ripe olives

Hamburger and mushroom

Chicken and barbecue sauce (Head Country)

Pepperoni, hamburger or ham or all three for meat with:

onion slices, red pepper slices, olives--black and green, mushrooms, hatch peppers if we have them.  

Our pizza are really fresh, epecially with the just-made crust, not greasy and lighter than commercial.

@Shanus i would enjoy yours but we make one at home with sauce, mozz, turkey pepperoni and when its done topped with crushed pineapple.  enjoy your dinner.
