Sassy,  You are so right.   She's very sweet and seldom cries, just a joy to be around and watch as she 'sees' and hears new things.  She seems fascinated by colors and movements, plus loves to grasp fingers and hold on.

Hullie,  I am so glad you are able to get out on the lake. paddleboarding and just enjoying all it has to offer.   I'd sure love to have some water outside of my  home, like a farm pond, babbling brook,  just a crick would be nice.  

I do like sitting on the back steps watching my nature friends, birds, stray cats, ground hogs, deer, and even a now and then wild turkey, or bunny.  The mosquitoes have found my spot and zero in on me when I sit for more than a few minutes.  I use Ben's 100% Deet, which works. but since it's an oil I don't put it on very often.  Don't want it on my skin when I am not outside.  

I have almost all of my plants planted, except for my 3 new Iris and 2 Lenten Roses.  Got the places picked out, but it takes me forever and a day to do anything.  No stamina and very bad back.   I just keep perking along slowly. and gratefully, for what I do have.
