Re: MANY QVC AND HSN CROSSOVERS

@Kachina624:  I have seen things on Zulily that was presented on QVC many times and for at least a year past.

Lori Goldstein for one.  Call it what ever you want overstocked or something to your liking.....to me it is still old.

Re: MANY QVC AND HSN CROSSOVERS

I have  a different take on Zulily.  They do accept returns, reasonable requests of course.  I have had credit back to my account for just having had a bad problem with a product. They gave me the price of the product, and the shipping and an extra credit.  I  agreed to donate the item to charity.  I was out NOTHING and I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service.  Awesome.

I will say I am a good customer, buy a lot of things and except for a few sizing problems I have been very happy... Products are superb, certainly not seconds in  my book.

I  just wanted to say this.  I just wish all retailers online were this wonderful.  Hope Zulily gets this.

@JCF.  They get their merchandise from manufacturers and distributor who also supply other retailers so, yes you may see things that are also sold elsewhere, as you do any other seller.

@Shanus I use to shop Zulily all the time before they became part of the Q family then the "no returns" (store credit) unless defective policy comes on the scene...before you could return and receive credit...and there was a restocking fee on some items!

@GAQShopr53  Thank you for the warning!

Re: MANY QVC AND HSN CROSSOVERS

I don't watch HSN often (only Coleen Lopez and Jay King) or the Q but look at the programs to see what they have. When I saw that Ripka was going to be on HSN, I had to see how she would act. She's used to being catered to on the Q so I bet they had big meetings about how to treat such a wealthy designer.

She has dyed her hair a blonde shade which looks odd on a woman her age, and she seemed to contribute little to what she was selling---some diamonique that was so overpriced that I can't imagine anyone buying it. But, if she did okay, she'll be back with all the stuff she hasn't been able to sell on the Q.

I don't like the cross over either. So now in addition to not watching, I probably won't give the program line up a second thought.

Re: MANY QVC AND HSN CROSSOVERS

I don't see the mix as a big deal.  Lots of items and brands are sold by many different retailers.  Of course, I should admit I'd never know if a QVC vendor had decided to contract also with HSN because I don't watch HSN often.  I only know there's crossover because I read about it here.  I have yet to see it for myself.

@Kachina624:  Well, you win if you like.  I'm stopping this back and forth game.

To each his own opinion.
