[ Edited ]

@Luvsmyfam  I just wanted to thank you for your corn recipe.. I made it for dinner

tonight and it was excellent.  This added so much to my dinner.  If you have more recipes, please share. Again, thank you. Take care.

I hope you get this message. I was the person that started the thread for the recipe. @Desertdi just forwarded to you.

@elatedThis is one my fam loves is when mashing potatoes,use heavy cream and half a blockof cream cheese.Simple,but so good,especially with corn casserole and fried chicken.All so fattening

If you are a coffee drinker like myself,almart has  generic blueberry coffee pods along with bluberry creamer.You will be in heaven!

@elated This goes back a long time but --- if you still have the corn recipe, could you post it or tell me how to access it? Thanks!

@Q-Checker  Here is the recipe:

1 stick of melted butter, small box of jiffy mix, 2 cans of corn (drained),

1 can creamed corn, 2 eggs and 8oz of sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 9x13 glass baking dish.

Add a sprinkle of sugar, garlic salt and pepper.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes

Take out of oven and put shredded mozzarella or mild cheese on top.

Bake for 10 minutes and remove.

This is very good.
