Geez, this looks like me, although I don't buy much Chap Stick. My favorites are Avon and one I bought at Walgreen's that had Argan oil in it, but of course they haven't had it in stock for months. Yesterday I bought Blistex Lip Infusions Hydrate and really like it. The Beekmann goat milk lip balms were a total waste IMO - they were dry and did nothing for me. So, @Icegoddess, if you have a problem, I do too! LOL....we can't help ourselves! Always on the hunt for the perfect lip balm!

Edited: it's not chapped lips - my lips get dry and I'm just used to the balms.

I did not know chapped lips was such an issue. I guess I never thought about chapped lips. I just put sunscreen on my lips when I go outside...other than that I use nothing. With the mask I do not even use lip stick.

In New Mexico, it's mandatory: A lip balm must be on your person at all times.

I have been using Dr. Bronner's lip balm most of the year.

In the winter my lips always get chapped. So far this winter my lips have not got chapped.

I has not been as cold as it normally is but we have already had ice. Strange weather for Oct/Nov for sure.

I haven't tried the lip balm yet, but I'm using the cleansers and the toothpaste.

I really like the toothpaste too. First time using it did not think I was going to like it.

I have sensitive teeth & had to go back to Colgate Sensitive. Wish they had sensitive formula.

@Icegoddess  Quite the stash!

We have about 8-10 at any given time, but it's only one type...Blistex-medicated. We use it year round. We each keep one on our night stands in the bedroom, one in my purse, one in DH's backpack for work and a bunch in our hall closet for spares.

We use the lipbalm daily Smiley Happy

I wonder, which wouldn't be surprising the way things seem to go for me, if the one that I like is no longer made.  I guess it's good I have a bunch of them but they are probably still at places like Amazon & eBay.

For a completely different reason my dentist changed me.  It was a true miracle.

My stash all over the house is gone.  Never need it anymore.

Me too...I switched to Toms toothpaste, and quit the lip balms. No more irritants that had me thinking I needed more lip balm.NOT !

@Still Raining @Azcowgirl  I NEED toothpaste for sensitive teeth and, in fact, even have a prescripton desensitizer I use to take the edge off the sensitivity.  I use it for awhile but not all the time mainly because it's a pain to use.  It takes awhile for the good effect, but it lasts for a long time.  A lot more important to me than whether I have to use lipbalm or not.

For sensitive teeth - Pronamel is a great toothpaste.

Nah, you're fine.   Here's my current collection, not to mention the ones in the living room, bdrm, purses, and at least one jacket pocket.   I counted these and there are 38 of them in this shot I just took, plus those two Vaselines...

If you're looking for a lip balm with a little color, I highly recommend Neutrogena:

That's funny!  I had those, too, until our house fire last year.  I really liked them -- great sizes.

I used to use chapstick. Then I used carmex all the time.  Now I use a burts bees lipbalm and sometimes the tinted.

When I am not going out, I put some coconut oil on my lips and this has helped  very chapped severly dry lips last year.
