Are these real? Someone supposedly purchased these in Santa Fe at Smith's. I cannot find them here in Southern New Mexico. (Christmas refers to having both red and green chile.)

Most people, seeing the bag, wouldn't have a clue as to what that meant. They'd think it was a 4 month old bag of chips.

I know that on Amazon Lays has specialty chips. There's a Thai flavored chip. India Marsala. Japanese seaweed flavor. So, yours could be real.

I am sure they are real. Lays makes many flavors of chips. When we were in Greece on the Island of Paros, we walked to the grocery store almost every day for snacks.
I am not a big chip person, but I was curious to taste all the different flavors of Lays. They had some strange flavors...chicken, shrimp and pork, cucumber, fried pickle and Italian red meat..and a few others I can't remember
Some flavors are only available in certain areas and some are limited edition flavors.
Some of those strange flavors can be found on Amazon if you're interested.

@On It. My Walmart has dozens of flavors listed but not that one. Would you settle for pickle or ketchup flavored?

I'm in Arizona and I knew what Christmas meant. These look yummy. I hope they make it here.

@Kachina624 I think I will pass on the ketchup, but I might like the pickle version.

Enjoy some more fake flavors 😆

@MezzieStarr Thank you! I could not find them, so I began to question if they were fake. Knowing what is real and what is fake is getting to be a bigger and bigger challenge.
