@ECBG I hope there is resolution soon and how awful not to be able to even stand! Thankfully you still have a husband around which means alot.

I was in a bad car accident a week ago and very sore and swollen but can walk around. Legs got banged up. I ordered some compression socks to help.

I was fortunate and my dog o.k. I was able to buy a new car before insurance is settled. Borrowed from investments. Elevate the legs as much as possible. I know you take care of yourself so hope you get better soon. So so frustrating.

@ECBG , good luck in your move. My elderly uncle, who was in his 90s, fell outside in his garden and couldn't get up. There were no neighbors at home, he had left his cell phone inside because he was going to do manual labor outside. He was there for half a day, the next day he chose to start looking for a new care home. He loved it, they were quite good with various activities, and he was able to join in. Kudos to you for being able to choose what you need to do; sending prayers and good thoughts.
