Sure glad I learned in the United States Army, when I was 18.5 years old, this factor, in addition to how my mother raised me. Don't occupy any of your conscious brain power with things you cannot control.

Practiced this most of my life and and thought and acted pretty much on the things which I can control. Might be why not too many things cause stress in my. Life comes along with the good and the bad for everyone.

It's not "poor me/why me", it's how you handle the things you have to confront. In my world, words people use on non-stop talking shows, or how they construct sentences on these forums?

Those that let little things like this bother them. Life must be a very tough journey.

I've always said "Don't let things you can't control take up space in your brain." I apply it to silly things like words people use too. Sadly, I didn't learn that early in life like you did but it's been great since I did.
