My last boss was this to a tee. He was also famous for blaming everyone else for his mistakes. You really had to document your work to the best of your ability. I hated having a boss I couldn't respect.

I think we all know at least one person just like that. I always think that it is very sad that they have no idea how we feel about them in that regard. I believe that you should admit to your mistakes and learn from them.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

My sweet momma use to be like that. I am not sure what changed, but she is like a different person now. Much easier to have a relationship with. It seems like a lot of people around me have really chilled out over the years.
