If you purchased Keurig K-cups from a retailer other than Keurig between September 7, 2010 and Aug 14, 2020 in the US but not in Mississippi or Rhode Island you can get in on a a Class Action Settlement for compensation.
Keurig apparently fixed prices on the K-cups and those who purchased might be able to get all or some of their money back.
You need to fill out a claim form with or without proof of purpose and send in the form postmarked on or before July 15, 2021.
I always buy my coffee from Amazon and it was easy to print the invoices going back to 2010 for my purchases.
I hope to get a refund. I have signed up for class actions before and it was worth it.
Google Keurig Indirect Purchasers Antitrust Settlement to find info. Copy the form and send it in with receipts if you have them. What can it hurt?

Sounds like a money maker for the attorneys.

@Goldengate8361 No doubt the attorneys will make money. They have been working in this class action for years.
I have spent Hundreds on Keurig K-Cups in the past 10 years. If I can get any money back, I'll be happy. If I get it all back, I will pass out with excitement.
I once got almost $30,000 from a class action suit with State Farm Life Insurance. I don't mind doing the paperwork. It is worth it.

I hope that on or before date is July 15, 2021.

@sunshine45 I went back and tried to look at my CC statements on line and they don't go back that far.
Amazon was easy to locate. I just printed the individual invoices all the way back to 2010. We are on auto ship every two months, so there were a lot of them.
Sams Club might be able to locate them.. I forgot about them. Thanks for the reminder. I will see if I can find info from them.
I did read that you can file a claim without receipts too, but I don't know how much they will pay on those.

I use K-cups all of the time and wouldn't know where to begin! I doubt if I have any receipts. ![]()
