I read (someplace, either here or another board) that he is a real estate investor/developer or some such.  Of course, I have no idea for sure.

His name is Joe.  We know that becaue that's what Shawn calls him.  He's either unemployed or self employed or a real estate developer or an international spy or male model or a baker or candle stick maker.....whatever you want him to be.
