@viva923   I think 106 is one of the top temps in California, but of course 100 happens many places.  Anway, out of the nineties today, only 80's, at least some relief.

@mousiegirl   we got 4 nice waves of rain yesterday and if I had the power, I would have sent 2 or 3 your way since we are expecting more today.

not much here

sang happy daddy's day to my son, laughing the entire time, i was so off key.

we didn't do anything today. dh did go to store in fact 2x's. he took me out the second time to purchase a new blood pressure machine. my doctor said my machine i was using for past year or so, was not calculating properly (to low readings), ok got new kit. my readings are sky high. can't win. now i will worry excessively becuase of the high readings. i give u p

Now that's not good @viva923   What brand did you buy?  Is it a regular cuff or one of those wrist things?

Boy did we have some weather in Michigan last night.  Actually lots of the Midwest got hit.  I couldn't go to sleep until I knew the first storm passed through.  Got some rain, little bit of lightening and no wind (thankfully).

This morning lightening flashing woke me up.  This rain was heavier and I'm glad it didn't come with strong winds.

had a massive flare of my IBD this morn, so was quite ill from that,but was able to come thru a-ok.

not much else.

Is IBD triggered by stress @viva923   If so, stick that flippen new BP machine in a drawer someplace and just go back to the old BP machine until your next doctor appointment.  Let the doctor look at the new one and see what he says then.

birdmama, think i will do that. i think stress can be an instigator of IBD. still have problems tonight.

will change back to old machine and just wait, don't need anymore stress right now with my ekg in 4 weeks.

had some heavy duty thunderstorms last night lasted till about midnight, some heavy duty rain came with those storms.

did chores, did walk this morn, could not hang out ,so have 1 load clothes to fold they are ready now guys, later.
