hey guys,

wow what a day for me, computer has been acting up badly today. never have had this happen before. pages closing down, would not let me change sites, would not let me shut down the computer manually, it was wonky zonky for sure, it was scary

my blood pressure was sky high. i am by myself this week dh is at work , long work week too.

ps i did normal stuff today. chores, walks, folded lots of clothes. not much else in that department.

@viva923   is your BP better today?  I worry about things like that when your husband is working long hours.  

Not much going on here.  It snowed a bit but not enough to really cling to anything or require shoveling.

my blood pressure is down today.

it was so upsetting  about the computer yesterday that is why most likely why my BP spiked.

today it was much better.

hello all

i goofed up the computer today. i was deleting all my old emails i no longer needed in email files. in the process of deleting the files i hit something which caused my task bars top and bottom to become hidden, my email icon would only open to a postage size screen i have no idea what i hit. while i went on my walk, dh worked with apple to get the computer back. I goofed something up.

not much else today, i went for both walks, did all chores. tomorrow is my doctor appoint with one of my new doctors sure hope it goes well.

had my medical appoint with new doctor. am exhausted 

this doctor was to check me out to make sure my family doctor is doing a-ok with his treatment of my medical problem i have had for about 3 years or so. new doctor is going to recommend family doctor increase my medicine i am on OR change my medication to a cousin medicine i am taking now.

i see my family doctor 22 jan see what happens.

Since I don't want to get poofed by the mods I'll just say I was pre-occupied with news yesterday, Lord have mercy!

I went grocery shopping today and did my sister's shopping for her while I was in the store.  She picked up her items on her way home from worlk.

@viva923   I'm trying not to pry.  Did the test results come back okay?
