I think the confusion is from two separate posters.  Cheriere mentioned not being able to have children in her post.

I had a similar situation happen where an uninvited ex just showed up on thanksgiving.

I wasn't able to have children.   Sorry for causing any confusion.

Bottomline: you should have been alerted waaay before hand. It is not fair to you.

Years ago a relative invited my former spouse to her wedding. I think it was done out of poor meanness or for spite. Whatever it is not a good thing to do and as I said you should have been alerted waaaay before hand.

@QVCkitty1 Actually my ex volunteered to be santa.He has always been good to my parents and gets along great with them.I think my mom probably didn't know how to say no.
