 We live in a diverse society. These names reflect their heritage.This is similar to years ago when immigrants of various backgrounds named their children Salvatore, Dominick,Maeve,Aiden, Moishe, Avraham etc.

@NicksmomESQ,

What years were these? Going back to the early 1940's, I have  known 2 of the ones you mention. Diversity is a good thing, in some ways, not so much in others. JMO, and 78 years of being around.

Since our daughter-i-l isn't on here, these are our granddaughter's names----Evangeline, Delilah, & Penelope!

Not family names, nor sure where they came from! So far, they are the only ones in their schools with their names.

Love these names because they’re very old names. I’m 73.
