If you could turn back time..

What age would you want to go back to?

For me it would be 42...my kids were old enough to do most things for themselves..

DH and I were able to take care of all our needs..I enjoyed having my own business..

It kills me that we need help to do certain things..It takes me twice as long to do things now.

Who ever said "getting old isn't for sissies" was right.

It would sure be nice to do that knowing everything I do now lol.

Re: If you could turn back time..

I don't think I'd want to go back in time.

I am happy with my life now.  I loved when my kids and grandkids were little.  But, that time is over.  I have great memories.

I am enjoying my golden years.  We are 70 and 71 and still do everything for ourselves.  My DH is super handy and we seldom pay for any work or repairs.

Ask me again in 10 years.

Re: If you could turn back time..

I would like to be the last age where nothing hurt. Where I could hop out of bed and in no time be ready to start the day. I don't care about being young again, just more nimble. Sigh. 😔

Never want to go back in time.  Who knows what might happen?  We worked so hard and are so happy now!

Read the title of this thread and burst into a Cher song 😄

I have no desire to turn back time but if I had to choose an age I'd say 5 years old.  Young enough (and lucky enough) to be unconditionally loved and my needs met without having to lift a finger.

An autoimmune disease changed my life forever at the age of 47. If I could go back to the way I was before that I would.

Who wouldn't?

Growing up is too hard.  I wouldn't want to go back to any age unless the knowledge and wisdom I've gained and earned can go with me.
