IT'S TIME FOR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS....OR NOT?

[ Edited ]

I usually make a few, but this year, many I'd make are limited by circumstances.

1. I can't take more yoga or Senior spin classes with gym still operating at 30% and wearing masks 100% of the time...impossible when doing cardio!

2.  I've already lost my 5 pounds...though did not try...

     stress and anxiety, for sure.

3.  Cooking home (healthy meals) and eating out less

Check and double check...where would I go?

4.  Taking more time for myself to relax. Uh, too much

      time already.

5.  Spending more quality time with family. Oh well.

6.  Spa Days? Where?

7.  My trip to Paris planned for last year and The

      Rockettes this year. Yeah, right.

Are you making any resolutions or, like me, just going to fly by the seat of your pants and see what happens?

I never have made New Year's resolutions, as it's a waste of time. Things don't work out as expected, so what's the point of making plans? Just take things as they come.

My resolutions for 2021 are simple. I would like to be less stressed & see my life get back to normal. It would be great to see loved ones & dear friends,& hug them. It would also be great to travel again.

Nope

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Never have made any and never will!  If I really want to do something or change something  I  probably will be doing it already.   Why wait until New Years??  I have never known anyone to actually stick to any resolution for more than a few weeks or even less!

I'm resolved not to make any. Every day is a new beginning. Every minute of the day for that matter.

@Pook   I may be the exception, but I think about resolutions I know I can keep.

I never make any resolutions---just try to focus on this day and think about tomorrow--tomorrow.
