They said many many times thru the presentation that it was faux suede.

Actually, in this case, I agree with the OP. If someone was only searching on the website (not everyone, including me, watches the presentations), they would see "Suede" in the item title and this in the description:

"Head to brunch, run errands, or explore a new city hands-free with this suede everyday essentials crossbody. Only at the very bottom does it say "100% polyester". They could do better, so as not to mislead customers.

@Bonkers1 - Perhaps you should notify the Social Team or fill in the Feedback at the bottom of the screen to get the description changed?

And just to add - they wouldn't have to keep saying "NOT REAL SUEDE" during the presentations, if the description was more accurate.

'Suede' doesn't always mean it's real leather. Can me made of anything that looks like suede.

Like 'fleece' doesn't always mean it's the woolly hide of a sheep.

@Bonkers1 I agree it should be in the title, but if you think real suede is $35.00 and dont read the product info, thats on the buyer.

I knew it was faux suede when I watched the presentation. I bought it in the saddle brown. Apparently it was a pretty good seller. I like the size of it and the features. I don't mind that it's not real suede (better than suede if it gets rained on). I liked the look of it too.
