I should have known better...

Just an observation...

I broke my rule on only purchasing items at a reduced price and purchased the VPH pumpkin stack at full price.  Today, in less than a month, it has been reduced to $24.  

 

Conversely, there is a shirt on my wishlist since 2011, which I have purchased, that never has been reduced in price. Oy!

You can call and get a refund for the price difference if it's within 30 days @avid shopper

You can call CS and ask for price adjustment.  Assuming it was within 30 days.   As for 2011,  no retailer discounts prices on everything they sell.  Retail doesn't work that way.  Are they still selling that 2011 item???

@avid shopper  Absolutely!  I've done it for handbags and jewelry here.  Money is money and I've done it for $2.16, lol.

Yes, it is still available for purchase.  But I really liked the shirt and have 3 but have hoped it would be reduced at some point.

I have never done it before but I just called CS and got a refund.  I don't know why but I was a little embarassed to do it but I did.

@avid shopper   The first time I did it I thought wow, will they think I'm hard up for the $2.16?  Then I thought, wait a minute, there is so much 'mark up' added to the item price I'm probably finally paying what I should have in the first place.

 

After that, it became really easy for me to ask for a price adjustment, lol.

Me too.  Called CS and was refunded the difference.  Must be within 30 days from date of purchase, though.
