Oh my.  Where did the years go? How did I get this old?  I still feel young on the inside.  And here I am, going to my job for the last time today.  I work for a  large, international insurance company, I've been there going on 37 years.  I have held some incredible positions, traveled the country, met thousands and thousands of people, and so much more.  It's been quite a ride. And I'm ready for the exciting years ahead.  I am involved in politics, work parttime, do charity work, and help take care of myt elderly parents and disabled sister.  I have great children and come from a large family who has fun together and loves each other.  And I'm going to become a Grandma this year.  Life is good.

Congratulations! How fabulous for you. It will be terrific, remember some need a bit of time adjusting to the new regime.

And a new baby, being a grandparent is so much easier than being a parent, and a lot more fun.

All the best!

Congratulations! It sounds like you've had a fabulous career. I was also very fortunate to have had an excellent career. However, retirement is even better. It's like being on a permanent vacation. I hope this new phase of your life brings you great joy. I can promise you that new grandchild certainly will. Good luck!

Congratulations on your retirement!!!  I retired in February and boy have I been busy just being me!!! I reconnected with some friends and we golf, workout at a gym and do lunch. I miss some of the people I worked with but I love making my own schedule. Enjoy your retirement. Congrats on the new grand baby.

Think of it as your "Commencement "!!  Which is a beginning!

Congratulation! I'm happy for you. Sounds like you are filled with gratitude. You inspire me (and, believe me, I need some inspiration as I'm about to go to work today and I'm nowhere near retirement). Cheers!

It is so nice that you liked working and enjoyed the jobs, people you met and now ready for a change of pace.

Enjoy the years ahead. The idea of retiring scares me and excites me(if it every happens). It seems like a shock to the system. But sounds like you are ready for your new chapter. Have fun, Grandma.
