I know 2 men who had this surgery.   One was the husband of my boss; he is still doing very well at 77.  

The second was the father of a work friend; his was done at age 70, and he recently passed away at age 87 from age related issues.   

Both men did extremely well after their surgeries; prayers being said for your husband to do the same.

@Mary Bailey Good to hear! I hope he continues to improve and you'll be dancing on the patio in no time! We also enjoy riding our Harley -  I'm sure he's anxious to get back on his bike! 

On a side note, I hope they don't botch my colonoscopy that I'm having tomorrow  🤤
